So what's fun today??
A friend of mine who is VERY creative came across this website called Fotor. You can make a photo collage and the options are just about endless. You choose a background and then a template of how you want your photos to display. You can rotate, angle, and scale your photos simply. Not to mention, the online software is VERY user friendly. For all you social media peeps, it's a great thing to share!

So what's fun today??

I definitely found this image to be fun. If you have a cat, then you know how interesting they can all be, and not ONE has the same personality as the other. My cat is super friendly/annoying and very vocal, always talking and wanting to cuddle at the worse possible times. My sister's cat is just about opposite and when he is around, you can ONLY pet his head. If touch his stomach or back, you may loose a limb.
My German teacher once said, 'Dogs have owners, cats have staff...' Does anyone else find this true beyond a doubt?

So what's fun today??
Today I discovered the power of the Stevia leaf! Having my usual chocolate/sugar craving on the weekend, I decided to test No bake Chocolate Oatmeal cookies using Truvia baking Blend. It was pretty darn good! Also, a quick glucose-check 30 minutes later, and it seem to put me right at 155 (after being 123 earlier). Not bad and OH .. so delicious.
This is half a recipe and will yield JUST enough for your sweet tooth and if you want to share....but maybe not.
1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup Truvia baking Blend 1/4 cup milk 2 tablespoons cocoa 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1 teaspoons vanilla 1 1/2 cups dry quick-cooking oats Directions: 1-Add the first four ingredients into a 4-quart sauce pan. 2-Bring to a rolling boil and hold for 1 minute. 3-Remove from heat. 4-Add peanut butter into the hot mixture and stir until melted. 5-Add in vanilla. 6-Mix in the oats and drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. 7-Let cool until set. |
